General Policy
To keep our costs down, we require payment in full at time of
service unless prior arrangements are made. Payments in full at
time of service via cash or check will receive a 5% discount.

Have Insurance?
Your “payment in full at time of service” is only considered to be the
estimated amount not covered by insurance. This amount will receive a 5% discount
if paid for by cash or check.
No Insurance?
Single Appointment Procedures require payment in
full by Visa or MasterCard. Cash or Check will receive a 5% discount.
Multi Appointment Procedures, such as crowns that require two appointments or
dentures that require several appointments, payment can be divided equally between
the appointments. This is still considered to be “payment in full at time of service”
and you will still receive a 5% discount at each of these appointments.
