Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Christy has been a part of our team since our doors first opened in Columbia City. Christy attended Columbia City High School with both Dr. Nathan and Dr. Ryan. Christy's training is that of an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, which enables her to place restorations (fillings) and sealants during dental procedures.

Holly joined our team upon opening the Roanoke office. Holly has received additional training to place restorations (fillings) and sealants. Holly has great technical skills and a wonderful chair-side manner. Holly also manages the difficult task of supply management for our Roanoke office.

Dental Hygienist
Cortney joined our team as a employee from Dr. Phillip Jones office before its sale to Patterson Family Dentistry, P.C. Cortney is an excellent hygienist and never without a smile. She completes our regular teeth cleanings as well as treating periodontal disease and other conditions. She also spends time educating patients and reviewing proper oral hygiene habits. In addition, Cortney reviews doctor's recommended treatment with patients so that they are clear on why it is recommended.

Jennifer joined our practice in 2011 during the purchase of Dr. John Meier's practice. Having Jennifer transfer to our practice has meant a lot to patients that were already comfortable having her as their hygienist, making the transition easier on patients. Melissa joined our team in 2018 and is the receptionist in our Roanoke office. Her primary responsibilities are to manage phone calls, handle payments, schedule appointments, and help with insurance claims. Additionally, Melissa has experience with dental assisting, so she occasionally will take a break from the front desk to help in the back office.

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Sarah joined our practice in 2019. Although she is new to our office, she is not new to dentistry. Sarah brings with her 15 years of experience as an expanded functions dental assistant. She also taught dental assisting students for 10 years. Sarah loves placing restorations (fillings) and educating her patients to make them feel more comfortable.

Jessi joined our team in 2020 as a chair side dental assistant. Her primary duties include placing restorative fillings and preventative sealants. Jessi says she has been blessed with an amazing husband, two wonderful sons and five beautiful grandbabies. When not at work, Jessi and her husband enjoy golf, target shooting and archery.

Sarita will be a familiar face having been part of the New Paris Family Dentistry team, and now joining our New Paris Office in 2021. With 17 years of dental experience as an expanded functions dental assistant, Sarita loves to place restorations (fillings) and sealants during dental procedures as well as helping answer phones, file insurance, etc. Sarita is a great addition to our team. When Sarita is not working, she loves spending time with family, friends and spending time with her daughter.

Chelsea received her bachelors degree from IU South Bend. Some of her duties include teeth cleaning, periodontal treatments, hygiene instruction and nutritional counseling. She takes great pride in taking care of and getting to know her patients and ensuring they leave with a smile! When not at work, Chelsea enjoys traveling, attending sporting events and spending time with family.
